GREAT BODY WORK
While driving our 37-foot motorhome back from Florida this spring, I had an encounter with a steel post at a fuel stop -- and I lost! I damaged two compartment doors. After we arrived home, I called my insurance company and they recommended RMS of Hanover, Pennsylvania.
Manager Cecil Snyder took pictures and looked everything over. Within a few days, he had a schedule for the work to be done in between trips we had planned. When I took the motorhome to the shop, he assured me it would be done on time, although I was skeptical.
Amazingly, the motor home was completely repaired on the date promised, and it was a great job. The paint matched perfectly. I would truly recommend this shop for body work, state inspections, and total services of all types of RVs.

First off, I usually don’t leave any ratings with comments unless the service is exceptional. Cecil and Andrew exceeded my expectations! I had a list of repairs needed to get my 1996 Fleetwood Bounder to pass MD inspection. They came back with a ball park quote because of the age of the RV and upon completion the final bill came in lower and was very reasonable. During the entire process, they kept me updated and finished all repairs without delay. If you have work to be done by a very honest and reputable service center; give Cecil and Andrew the chance to exceed your expectations at RMS of Hanover! Thanks again for the great and reasonable experience! I’ll be sure to use you for any needs in the future.

Cecil, RMS service manager, was ready to service the RV, with the pre-ordered parts, when we showed up during our 5,000 mile trip through the Northeast. We had a number of nuisance type repairs. Shower door, porch light, leaky sink, and a leaky front window seal. We called 3 weeks ahead. Sent an email with pictures of the issues, talked to Cecil about parts, and arranged a time to drop off the RV during our journey. Andrew, the service tech, completed the multiple tasks including rebuilding the shower corner door frame. They both met with me after and described the work completed when we picked it up 5 days later. Specifically wonderful. They recommended and completed a solution to the non-working porch light that was ingenious and frugal.

I would like to thank Cecil and his staff for the great job that they did repairing my Winnebago motor home. Since June the motor home has been the "victim" of three mishaps. (Only one was my fault. :) ). RMS now has (the repaired parts of) my "home on wheels" looking like new. RMS did the work in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost (to the insurance companies). Please understand that not all repair facilities are as good or as honest. Before choosing RMS to do the repair work, I took the motor home to the RV dealer (in northern Maryland) where I bought the it 13 years ago. The estimate they gave me was much higher than RMS's, AND, they claimed that I needed a new propane heater. (The estimator explained, "You're lucky you didn't blow up!"). I was doubtful, so I took the motor home to an RV specialist whom I trust. He assured me that the heater was fine. (I have been using the heater without problem for several months!) Cecil is an honest man! You can trust him to repair your vehicle!
